Vehicle Condition
We reserve the right to refuse or delay service if your vehicle is not in a suitable condition (e.g. worn tyres, damaged suspension components, seized parts). We may recommend necessary repairs before proceeding.

 

Accuracy & Limitations
Wheel alignment results may be affected by worn parts or prior damage. While we aim for precision, we cannot guarantee alignment will stay within spec if underlying mechanical issues exist.

 

Pre-existing Issues
We are not liable for uneven tyre wear, steering pull, or suspension issues caused by faults present before the alignment.

 

Rechecks & Adjustments
We offer one free recheck or minor adjustment within 14 days of your alignment, if booked in advance. This is only valid if no suspension work, tyre change, or damage occurred after the original alignment.

 

Appointments & Walk-ins
Appointments take priority. Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability. Delays may occur during busy periods.

 

Payment & Invoicing
Payment is due upon completion of the service. 

 

Warranty & Liability
This service comes with no extended warranty unless stated otherwise. We accept no liability for damage due to improper vehicle use, road conditions (including pothole and speed bumps) or wear and tear.

Your Responsibilities
Please ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and clean enough for us to access all relevant parts. Inform us of any modifications or past issues that may affect alignment.

Extra charges may incur for:

- Seized track rods and other components

- Adjustment of aftermarket components

- Weighted alignments

We are not responsible for:

- The damage or breakage of bolts and components 

- Further damage or breakage of components that have pre-existing damage

Bolts, especially those exposed to the elements or high temperatures, can become rusted, seized, fatigued, or previously damaged over time. Unfortunately, we cannot know the full history or condition of each individual bolt and component before we begin working on your vehicle.

Some may have been overtightened in the past, exposed to corrosion, or weakened by heat — all of which make them more prone to snapping, even with the correct tools and professional care. We always aim to work carefully and responsibly, but once a bolt is compromised internally or structurally, even minimal force can cause it to fail. That’s something no one can predict with certainty.
